Ben Newton - Chief Executive Officer

Ben’s two decade plus career in the software industry includes significant experience   in; security, automation,  data science, artificial intelligence and predictive analytics.  He’s led multi-disciplinary teams in sales, marketing, engineering, and product development and spearheaded multiple high-profile product launches worth millions in revenue per year. His career includes significant contributions to Northrup Gruman, Opsware, BladeLogic, Sumo Logic and Amazon Web Services.

Ben believes that a successful business is built on people - both our customers AND our team. Treating employees as valued members of a team gives them the freedom and drive to make  customers happy.  Valuing customers as more than a  revenue source  helps build long-term success. It's important to understand both the business and human context of every interaction and that win-win outcomes are usually possible and always preferable.

Ben earned a master’s degree in engineering from Cornell University following a BA in Physics and Mathematics from Appalachian State University, finishing Summa Cum Lauda

John Clark – Chief Technology Officer

John is an expert in data analytics with a focus on the practical use of Machine Learning including algorithm design, dataset development, and model training.  Before joining Pluritem Health he designed and built the platform for ingestion, extraction, and refinement of clinical data from various healthcare sources while working at Glimpse, a company that Apple acquired to launch Apple Health. He previously worked for IBM and Microsoft.

John earned a master’s degree from Stanford in computational and mathematical engineering, following a BS in computer science from Northern Arizona University

Gary Wald – Chief Operations Officer

Gary is a senior executive with business development, operations management, marketing consultant and advertising agency experience. His career spans years of growing businesses and launching market-leading products and services. Prior to joining Pluritem Health, Gary spent over fifteen years launching and building new companies in the telehealth industry. He was one of the original founders of Teladoc Health. That followed stints as VP Marketing at Medtronic Minimed, VP Business Development at Verizon and Managing Director at NBC International.  He started his career at major advertising agencies where he led development of the Transformers concept and helped grow the Dove Soap franchise. 

Gary earned a MBA in marketing from Northwestern University following a BA in marketing from the University of Wisconsin.
